CloudWave Provides Cayuga Medical Center with Remote Monitoring & Management of Their On-Premises Infrastructure

Cayuga Medical Center chooses CloudWave for management and monitoring of their on-premises MEDITECH EHR and Enterprise Systems with the OpSus Healthcare Cloud.
CloudWave announces its partnership with Cayuga Medical Center to provide remote, real-time monitoring and management services for their on-premises infrastructure with OpSus Manage.

OpSus Manage monitors the hospital’s core technology infrastructure providing hospital IT staff with access to real-time data to manage their platform and identify performance issues before they can significantly impact operations.

Cayuga Medical Center is a 204-bed non-profit acute-care medical center located in Ithaca, New York. The hospital provides the residents of Tompkins, Cortland, Seneca, and Tioga Counties with advanced diagnostic and treatment services.

“We were considering moving our entire MEDITECH environment to the cloud as part of our upgrade to MEDITECH 6.1 but decided to take a more iterative approach and vet Cloudwave services using their OpSus Manage offering to manage, monitor, and optimize our on-premises infrastructure,” said Brett Mello, CIO of Cayuga Medical Center.
